I got invoice price, $58,379.
Have you take delivery of the vehicle? My dealer gave me a bunch of excuses when tried to honor the deal. We’ll see what they gonna say next week when I take delivery of the rig.

Mine is on a train and is supposed to show up within a week. I've paid for it so all I have to do is show up and get it. I paid invoice price.

Yeah, I ended paying MSRP, but I got what I wanted for my trade In. I was happy and they threw in the tint and tire locks.
Good deal. That's what counts. I found a dealer 56 miles away from me that will order me exactly what I want for invoice pricing. He has no dealer fee either and he is giving me what I want for my trade providing the miles don't exceed an additional 3,000 miles by the time my Gladiator comes in. I was going to make the trip to NC to get 4% under invoice but after adding in their dealer fee, my time, hotel, fuel and uncertainty of my trade value it's just not worth it. So I'll be one of the unlucky ones who didn't get 4 to 6% under invoice but at the end of the day, I'll be satisfied.

Ok, I'm learning a lot still. When you say you paid invoice price does that mean you paid invoice price OTD or before tax, tag, title?

I paid invoice out the door. My state doesn't have sales tax and one doesn't pay for the registration until the plates are sorted out by the state (within a month of the dealer submitting the paperwork to the state). As those items are per state too and not a part of what the dealership makes money on, I wouldn't consider them anyway. The dealership's income is based on whatever they get from selling it to me at invoice price ($58,379), which as I understand it is just their quarterly hold back money from FCA.

Got it, I appreciate it. It seems like invoice, for me gauging my deal, would be before OTD which includes fees and NC taxes. I appreciate it!
