I is a hit or miss status in regard to wait time. Some people are in and out in a couple days, some a month, some multiple months, some never leave and have their order cloned to start the process over.

Still stuck in I status...anyone else still there? While I am patient, it is a little frustrating considering that I know of Red LE's ordered after mine that have been completed and delivered. Anyone else stuck in I still? #JeepCares, can you shed some light on this.

I’m still here. Day 14. However they told me today it’s day 11, even though I went into “I” status on Monday the 3rd, according to the chat. Pretty sure my math is correct, unless they aren’t counting weekends or something. Ordered 4/26. F*cking ridiculous.

And I’m out. 2 weeks in “I” status and can now enjoy the misery of JB.

I’m on Day 12 of ‘I’ status. On Friday and Saturday I had two different chat reps tell me it had passed inspection and was waiting to go to the carrier (but still in ‘I’ status). Today a chat rep told we it is still awaiting inspection. The continuous changing misinformation is getting old...

I’m still in I. Jeep chat told me I was JB last week - checked the next day- still in I. Got a claim number which I’m sure does nothing- 20 days now in I.

Day 24 of "I" status here. While very polite, the concierge does not exactly provide much information beyond when you went into the status and that you are still there. My dealer has been less than useless, so I reached out to JeepCares through this forum to see if I could get some information, but no response yet.
