So I’m thinking of putting the
Nitto Terra Grappler G2 All Season Radial Tire-LT275/70R18 on my stock overland rims. I know the stock tires are 255 and I was wondering if this should cause any issues? I’m way out of the loop when it comes to tires and figured I’d ask the folks who might know best, you folks!

The wheels on the Overland and Rubicon are the same width at 7.5" to my understanding. The Rubicon comes stock with 285/70R17 tires so you are fine running 275 width tires on the stock wheel. I run 35x12.5 tires on my stock rubicon wheels with no issue. The height could be a challenge on the Overland though. The tire you are looking at are 33.2" tall so it will likely rub if you are at full compression on a trail. For on road only I am sure you will be fine.

Maybe I’ll go with the 265 instead

That would keep them about the same as the stock height just a little taller. Others on the forum may be familiar with how a 33" tire height does on a stock Sport or Overland. I am guessing you would be fine just not sure. The higher fenders on the Rubicon allow a 35" tire to fit without issue (and without a lift) so you may be fine with your 33" plan stock Overland.
