I had the 2” Mopar Lift Kit installed by my local 4x4 shop. I want to retorque everything here at my house. Where can I find the values? Where can I purchase a factory overhaul and repair manual?

Unless the truck is stripped it`s almost impossible to set the torque on the lower control arms as a torque angular gauge is needed and it`s impossible to get a angular gauge in place. This is why i created a thread asking what others were doing as per torque in other words what is the combined torque with the torque value with the torque wrench and angular gauge and i got no answer but on the AEV site they give a torque setting for the lower control arms of 190 ft. lbs. which i assume is adding both values. Go to page 12. https://www.aev-conversions.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/AEV30344AF-JL-2.5in-DualSport-RT.pdf

I notice they give all torque+ degrees, are these fasteners TTY?

Either way, don't retorque anything that is called in out Torque + Degrees, you can give them a "goodentight" check but once set, leave them as there is no way to measure what the torque value they are sitting at... and torque is meaningless, they are only going after bolt stretch.

Also, should add that in critical bolt applications where the fasteners are TTY, or very hard to get to, I like to put a bit of dykem cross-check on them. That way quick visual check and you will have peace of mind.

EDIT: This is NOT to be used as any sort of thread locker, it's just a visual check that the fastener has not moved.

Here are the torque specs from the Mopar 2” lift kit instructions:

This is perfect for the guy doing it in the garage or driveway. Thanks for posting.
