Isn`t the spring rate stiffer on the Rubicon for the trucks added weight? The Rubicon if you read reviews that have compared the different trims back to back all claim the Rubicon has the stiffest ride quality. The spring rates have been posted somewhere on this forum and it bears out that the Rubicon has the stiffest spring rate.Other than stiffening up the unloaded ride, any other negatives?
It softens your ride. Not stiffen.Other than stiffening up the unloaded ride, any other negatives?
My closest dealer has one. It has the 438/439 coils on the back. I think I posted a video in July. That truck is still sitting there by the way.Another one to ponder, the uncommon option of a Sport S without tow that has the higher GVWR and highest listed payload; which springs does it have? My guess would be the max tow springs (both are same 6250 GVWR and similar payload 1600/1550 listed), but I’m curious.
Which would be a notch down from my Overland even.My closest dealer has one. It has the 438/439 coils on the back. I think I posted a video in July. That truck is still sitting there by the way.
