Anyone with Max Tow change to Rubicon springs?

I am getting a 2023 Sport S and I have a new set of Rubicon springs. Curious about advantage or disadvantage to swapping? Difference in tide height? Ride quality? I just plan on 33's Rubicon take off). Thanks

It depends a lot on how the Rubicon was equipped that the springs come from. If it had the steel bumper and all the factory options, you might gain a little height. Removing the MaxTow springs will have a negative effect on payload and towing capacity.

Maybe do the fronts?

Rears I would want the max tow.

It was a loaded one with steel bumpers and hard top. I was considering the front only for leveling some...a little. Main worry is maybe negative effects of max tow rear with Rubicon front. Anybody done this? Spacer better? Thanks

I swapped the front springs to Rubi keeping the max tow rear and swapped all the shocks to the Rubicon shock at 5k miles and ran it for 5k miles. Gained about 3/4" in the front and the fox Rubi shocks were terrible. I would say, save yourself the labor for a real lift and as temping as the rubi take offs are that $100-200 is better spent elsewhere.

What Animal said. It’s not worth the effort considering what you get out of the Rubi springs.
