Has anyone with a Trail Cam seen this after adding the Tazer Mini?
I now have a double zoom icon and the upper leftmost one blocks half the Backup Cam Icon but only if you access the backup cam direct as shown in the photo below.

If you access the Backup Cam after first selecting the Front Cam it doesn’t happen.
Here’s when you select Trail or Front Cam first and then Backup Cam:

Notice that there is no double Zoom Icon.
Weird.

I found it’s just finicky. Just keep at it and it eventually comes off. I have big meat hooks and this connector was especially tough.

It’s a bitch, but comes out easier with a slight bit of rocking.

I usually send the wife in for the work requiring small hands or finesse. She broke a nail pulling the plug and now won’t ride in my JT.

So you DO have a Tazer right? And when not installed you get the double zoom icon?
I’m wondering if it was there from the factory or if the Tazer put it in when married and now it won’t clear out?
Or maybe it’s a simple radio update to fix the icons/display. (Whenever they come out with one?)
I’ve seen the extra one in the upper most left corner flicker at times as well. Also note that it is non functional and only serves to annoy you because it’s in the way of the truck icon.

Jesus that was a bitch! The bigger plug to the right was bad but the left one had me cussing up a storm. Finally I used a 12" thin bladed screwdriver to get up and depress the tab and then wiggled forever on the bundle of wires. I was scared I was going to pull some leads out. I bet on and off I spent over two hours trying to unplug these.

Taser needs to offer a wire harness maybe about 6" long to make life easier.

Had to go to the dealer today so I unmarried the Tazer for the trip. Easy to remove, but I felt like I had a catchers mitt on my right hand installing it again.

I already suggested and contacted them about that and was told my idea was good but they are coming out with something better. I tried prying but Ian wouldn’t budge. Gotta wait..... stay tuned.....

Careful when installing. Mine bent a pin on install and was a pain to straighten and fix.
If the lights don't come on when you plug it in pull it off and check for pin contacts bent.

Some of you guys worry too much. Leave the Tazer in there and drive your Jeep everywhere including to the dealership. They won't know it's there and if, for some reason they find/see it, there's no issue. It's your truck and you can do what you want to it.

I'm sure your concern is your warranty and there are laws protecting you/us from having dealers deny warranty coverage unless they can show what you did is related to the problem.

I was more worried when I had a full JL with the OBD port blocked.
Now with the mini, it's just staying.
"Tuner? what is a tuner? What do you mean how I adjusted my speedo, I didn't do anything, I'm not a mechanic."
