Only had them for a few weeks so I'm not sure how they will last. A heck of a lot better than neoprene, as of now. Much less won't be holding wetness AKA swamp-ass. I've had neoprene ones in my LJ they didn't last... Sun, wet swamp-ass and ripped.. I didn't replace them with another set. The molle covered seat covers, one set got cut off and stolen when my LJ got stripped at Jeckel island in GA. A really crappy situation that was... I'm sure that the LEO that was working that area knew the crew and got a cut... If anyone wants to know more about it P.M. me.

Good to know. I didn't even think about how uncomfortable neoprene would be in 80+ degree heat.
Carheart looks more reasonable at only $500 for the full set, but man this has me thinking maybe I just get the cheap camo ones from cabelas, lol.

Never been out to Jeckel Island, but I have family who always talks about the vacations they had their and going back in the future. Sucks that things don't seem too great there.

That was 11 years back, the LEO's that work the island are just 2, (then) probably local to the area.

You got a delivery quote? I was starting to think they weren't manufacturing amid the corona panic... I'm getting no love from their info@bartact email, even though every email they send me tells me to use it...

Do the rear Bartact seats support the 60/40 bench split?

yep they do. They are really nice. Just the part that gets me is if they are worth that much money.

That's my next question. My wife was like "you have to have seat covers for the kids" and when I told her how expensive they were she is now back peddling.

Ordered my Bartact covers less than 4 weeks ago, gets here Tuesday.

I had carhartt covers on my JK, and they lasted 5 years, 2 of those years in Guam with no doors or top the entire time. If I still had my jk they would still be on, but I imagine they tossed them when I traded in. They faded to a nice tan color, but they were solid still. And my seats were perfect underneath.

The only reason I got Bartacts this time around is for something new. More money, but for a shit load more functionality. And a better fit. Either product does well protecting from the sun and from kids though, for what it’s worth.

I was looking at the carhart ones, but it looks like they don't have rear ones for the JT yet.

Covercraft makes rears in plenty of their different models, but I don’t think they have the carhartt ones available. Could be worth an email.

Bestop also makes some good looking covers, but after a conversation with them it did not seem likely they would make rear covers, either. Shame.

Must be a miscommunication on their part, then. Still not available on their website, and as I said before, I had a conversation with a rep that told me flat out they weren’t making them. Oh well, that’s just lost business on their part
