Does anyone know the part number for the passenger side rear plastic bumper tow hook panel? I want to add an additional black tow hook on the passenger side but I want the plastic panel to match the driver's side. Meaning that it’s already cut out.

I've found this part number, 68341764AA. It’s named Rear Bumper Bezel, Right. However I have no idea if right means passenger side or if this one is already cutout for an additional tow hook on the passenger side. Anyone have any insight on this? Search doesn’t seem to be working at all on the site today.

According to the parts diagram it is for passenger side. The shape of the bumper in the diagram looks like the plastic bumper and looks like it has the cutout.

I too would have rather added the bezel with the cutout because I would hate that the shape didn’t match the other side if I just cut the sport bezel to fit the hook. Ended up finding a great deal on a take off steel bumper instead of pursuing this.

For $8 at a stealership, worth a shot.

I do know that the steel bumper bezel does not work. Ask me how I know...anyone want a brand new one?

Make sure to come back and post your results. I’m sure others would like to know if this works!

Making progress. Factory Mopar Direct replied and that part is supposed to be the one with the cutout.

Here are the parts that I ordered:

68351561AA - Tow Hook - Black (advised that 68334733AA is the red rubicon hook)

6508668AA - (2) Hex Head Bolt and Washer

68341764AA - Rear Bumper Bezel (with cutout)

I’ll update after the parts arrive. If anyone could point me to a thread on removing the rear bumper to put this bezel on it would be much appreciated :)

I added the tow hook, but the bezel didn’t have the cutout for it. I used a utility knife and cut out a spot similar to the other side.

Looks good.

I meant to update this thread. Part # 68341764AA - Rear Bumper Bezel (with cutout) is NOT the correct part. There is a cutout for the reflector, but not the hook.

I am going to try part # 7AC56TZZAA - which is around $50 vs the $7 I paid for 68341764AA.

Cool, let me know if it fits. I would rather have the factory cutout.

For your side question auto manufacturers don't use driver or passenger side because it varies which side by country. They use right or left based on looking forward.

@Jimmy- How difficult was it to remove the bumper and get to this panel? Ordered the rear bezel today. Any instructions on how you did that would be much appreciated :)

I didn't have to remove the bumper to make the cut or add the tow hook, but removing the bumper it easy. Watch the video below.

Think replacing that bezel vs cutting it would require a bumper removal?

Yes, I think the bumper will need to be removed.

Update to the thread:

Spoke with FactoryMoparDirect and part #7AC56TZZAA is for a painted rear bumper and likely why the high cost. Part #68342090AA is what I ordered this time and it was considerably less expensive. I’ll update after the parts arrive

New rear bumper bezel has arrived...and it’s the correct part! It has the cutout. If anyone else wants to do this, below are the part numbers that I ordered. Gonna watch the video that @Jimmy- posted and put this on tomorrow.

68351561AA - Tow Hook - Black (advised that 68334733AA is the red rubicon hook)

6508668AA - (2) Hex Head Bolt and Washer

68342090AA - Rear Bumper Bezel (with cutout)
