Anyone recently leased their 2021 JT Sport S (or any trim)?

I got some number from dealer,
Maryland (you pay tax on the whole amount 6%), 36month/10k miles
2021 Sport S Ecodiesel
78% residual
buy rate MF ~5% (from FCA)
$49k MSRP ($46k after FCA control number) + $1000 2021 lease incentive + $500 doctor discount

$465/ month tax included with $1k down (initial deposit upon ordering a vehicle).

am I missing anything here?
obviously its not 7% under invoice like other dealers, but its about 2.5~3% under invoice.

if you recently leased 2021, please throw me some numbers here including the state you live in, terms, etc.

Picked up my 2021 Sport S 3 weeks ago. I paid tax and first payment up front nothing else down and I’m at $474 a month. Seems like you have have gotten a better deal or the eco diesel residual is different.

check out leasehackr. Also, 1000 down is not the same as the amount due at signing. You will want to know what that is. Having to pay the tax on the sales price is a killer.

I have to roll in $2800 tax into 36 payments, which is $76 per month just in tax.
DAS is $465 (first month), since i already paid $1000 deposit.

When I ordered it was at $507 a month but there was a $1,000 rebate that dropped it to $474
Also the gladiator was built with the wrong tires. Came with all season not all terrains.
