Badgeglow SimpleAUX plate + redline tuning hood struts...are they compatible?

The title pretty much says it all. I have a SimpleAUX plate that I haven't mounted yet, and I want to order some hood struts (because prop rods suck). Has anyone mounted both? I just want to make sure they don't interfere with each other before I order the hood struts. Thanks in advance.

I've looked at it, and I don't think they will interfere. I have both of them to install, just haven't had time to try yet.
