I don’t blame the company for their response at all. Tires of the idea that they have to kiss our butts all the time for good customer service.
That’s a packing issue then. I have seen it with plenty of auto parts. Some companies pack stuff with a wing and prayer. While other pack it to make it to its destination good as new.
I can’t tell the difference on the roll bar. Looks the same as it does in the photos. It looks good.
On a side note...when I initially ordered mine through realtrucks.com, UPS did a number on it, both main bars were damaged, etc..and everything in the box had broken loose from the styrofoam. Looks good on your truck though, I like your decision to minus out the back plate and plexi...
