Twill is more of a woven fabric finish, diamond is a vinyl finish. The twill material is super nice and worth it imo. It also stays softer in the cold.

Agree on the Twill - Worth the extra 100 - very soft and the overall experience with the top has been great. Be sure to watch the Quadratec video on the installation - their approach is better than the box. Also, pay attention to the way the back edges overlap - if it's not right, it won't align.
