No, literally, my Jeep is a pain in the neck... well, more like shoulder blades, and more like when I drive it I get a pain in my shoulder blades area.

This feels like a silly question, but I've never experienced anything like this before in my other vehicles. I've tried adjusting everything I can think of on the seat, and even purchased one of those neck pillows, but somethings off. I can't tell if it's my posture, or what.

I'm hoping someone here has had this problem before. Curious what suggestions you have.

Try turning your headrests around backwards. Some like it and some don’t but it’s an easy thing to try

Try adjusting your steering wheel. Your description of the pain makes me think it's something to do with how your arms are.
Thanks!

I'll try both of those suggestions.

I have the cold weather package and 3 bad discs in my lower back. I use the heated seats in the summer on long drives and it helps.

After playing around with it a bit, I think @MonkeySkunks was right. It's the steering wheel that's the cause. I spent a while playing around with the steering wheel position, and it's made a considerable difference.

I've still got some small pains, but some of that could be residual, or I might need some more tweaking of the steering wheel and/or seat.
