I ordered a base sport (not a sport s, base base) and it apparently comes with a 7" screen. Seeing a few other posts confirming this. See below window sticker.

That is correct. Jeep is dropping the smallest screen for MY22 so all trims will come standard with the 7” UC4 screen.

Yeah, I thought there was just a price increase period. Happy to get the upgrade.

I wanted the base radio and b&wuster. I missed MY21 and ordered 22 sport s, and was nervous of the changes. Pleasantly surprised that without upgraded packages, 3.5 is still standard with upgraded radio and the climate control panel is not nearly as complicated than the MY21 ‘upgraded’ versions. Still wish I had a hot/cold knob rather than button, but overall, I’m happy about the still basic controls overall.
