Thanks for the confirmation. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt — does it duplicate how the seat mounts from the factory (with angle) on these newer bodies? If not, can’t say I’d design it that way given how its supposed to hold my seat in place in a crash. (sorry, my engineering classes did this to me)
It uses the factory bolt holes, but they supply longer ones.

If you look at their picture, on their web site, you will see that it does sit flush with the floor and the seat.

I cut the rear seat frame and welded in some square tube. Works great!

Thats great for raising the rear of the seat but my OP was about raising the front of the seat cushion.

These are the original fixed design. They weren’t the right adjustment for me. I’m sure this height worked for some people, but I needed the two piece design to go a little shorter than the fixed set does.
I am glad there are options now to help out those who are not "some people". Everyone wins.

What’s really sad is that Jeep didn’t offer a seat that adjusted in this way. People argue that Jeep doesn’t offer power seats for the purposes of a few people fording streams and such and having to worry about electronics problems, but they could have made a manual adjustment knob to adjust tilt/angle. I would have bought the power seats if offered. My 2012 F150 FX4 had 8-way power seats with heat and air conditioning. I wish Jeep would offer all of that in the JT and JL. They probably do offer it in the GC, but I haven’t checked. I had 6-way in my 98 GC Laredo.

I also installed the DDI Seat Jackers. Very easy install, helped with comfort. I don't feel like I'm sliding forward anymore. I used the shim on mine. Costly though. ? I've read where some people just use a stack of washers to get the same benefit.
If it makes you feel any better, I replaced my stack of washers with these shims and am much happier.

Mine lowers the rear, which has the same affect as raising the front, but with the added benefit of more head room. I originally spaced the front up with washers along with the rear mod, but it was too much angle.

I see it does on the outside frame mount, but what gave me pause was their pic of the inside frame mount. Might end up milling my own or just going with the washer solution. Still debating.
