MY22 Only - Anyone moved to D1?

Ordered 10/8, build complete and in storage the week of thanksgiving. Finally got a eta from jeep chat of 12/27-1/4, 12/3-1/6, 12/3-1/13, 1/4-1/13, 1/6-1/13, and now 1/10-1/24. I know of five other people that have been shipped and received to my dealer and and were ordered and built after mine. Ughhhhhhh Let’s go jeep!!! The frustrating thing is I sit here and go on these rants and I’m prob about to sound like a complete hypocrite, but I’m completely fine with getting it late. The issue with me is nothing has been accurate in this whole process. And I’ll say it again from previous posts that jeeps prioritization is just awful. I get it it Covid, trucker shortage, chip shortage blah blah blah. Doesn’t change the fact the jeep should prioritize orders and builds.

@Sarge_Willys any update on your end?

Mine is still in shipping stage with ETA of 1/6-1/13. The front end of the ETA keeps moving back but 1/13 has been the same since it initially shipped. Hoping it gets to Chapman this week.

This is the typical goat rope I've seen since joining the forum 2.5 years ago. The standard transmission is a manual but no one who ordered one got it for months while everyone behind them with the auto got theirs. Same same on the "Launch Edition". You would have thought all those would be delivered to customers or dealers before any others---not even close.

In my case I ordered the dual door group with my Mojave on 22 Oct 21---I'm 95% convinced this option is what has held up my build. Why I was stupid enough to actually think an option they were willing to sell was going to be available from day one? Well it's just proof that like so many I hear and think what I wanted to happen despite all the previous results against it....

So many plans getting shot to shit because I have no idea when this will get delivered much less built.

So I chatted jeep chat again and the dude said 1/4 to 1/7. How can I go from 1/6-1/13 yesterday. To this morning 1/10-1/24. Then this afternoon 1/4-1/7. Fingers crossed it finally freaking shipped!

Same for me. They still said all parts have been gathered, but now there is no timeframe/ETA for the build. I swear that thing better have the techs name hand scribed on a plaque mounted to the engine block for how much I’m getting delayed.

I won’t check Jeep chat until Feb 1st, or until the dealer calls me, whichever comes first. I think I’ll bow out gracefully and look for a different one if I don’t hear anything by then.

I received a note from dealer that the truck is at Utah railyard and will be at the dealership in 7-10 days. Also started the finance stuff.

For those who ordered from Peterson, how long did it actually take from the time you received the email to when you picked it up? Just trying to figure out the timeframe and potential flight options.

Also, what was the final % off did you end up with since affiliate is back.

Have you checked in with Chapman recently? I have been resisting bothering them again.
