My younger cousin was kind enough to get me a bottle of Shit the Bed Hot Sauce for Christmas... 35K Scoville if I remember correctly. For all of y'all who are old enough to remember Brill Cream --- a little dab will do you.

✌

I was almost going to post something Jeep related -- just finished an A-pillar lighting project.

Then I came to my senses... This isn't the place for that. ?
Plenty of OTHER threads for such things. ???

Here's a link that has more pics.
They talk about swimming in the creek there, but I wouldn't advise doing that. Last time I was there I saw a water moccasin swimming in it.

That place looks awesome. Cherish it.
If it were here this is how it would look. Used to be all blue tarps and shopping carts. Now our State Govt provides them with tents, sleeping bags, clean needles, and better medical and dental coverage than a lot of us have. There is still feces and trash everywhere in there though.
Weep for us please.

It's sad what's become of such a beautiful state.
I lived in the Bay Area for most of my adult life and it's a shame what it's become. ☹
I guess it's been about 7 years now since I left California with few regrets.

Those look like they'd put out a good amount of light. I'm thinking of adding more lighting for the front of mine too.
Thought about the cowl lights, but can't decide if that's the look I want or not.

I get your quandary. The struggle is real.

I was back and forth on every conceivable lighting options including various lightbars, A-pillar mounts, etc. Ultimately, I looked at the driving/wheeling I will be doing -- and went from there. Coolness factor included. Not breaking the bank included.

The mounts are cool because you can use more than one concurrent configuration -- parallel/perpendicular to the hood at both low and high elevations points (bracket depending):

The lights are 2000 lm (ea) HELLA flood lights -- which comes in handy just driving twisty NC mountain roads, especially in the snow, but also various Boy Scouting Activities my son's troop will be doing.

Good luck.
