I bought the quad pods from rough country RC, with the DRL feature, I want to use my aux 1 button that came with my Gladiator. (I’ll be wiring these 4 lights and a 30” light bar, that’s why I’m using a 40amp switch). For wiring the lights, the RC wiring harness has white, red, black and blue. I’m assuming red is to the aux 1, black to ground and blue (DRL feature I assume) to the ignition switch wire, what about the white? Included the aux wire layout diagram I’ve found on here.

Just installed the RC quad pods last weekend. Lots of videos on YouTube - I watched several before doing my install. If you’re using the factory Aux panel (sound like you are) you will need to cut off the switch, and the relay/fuse portion of the wiring harness (the OEM Aux panel provides switch and fuse).
After trimming the wiring harness, you’ll be left with black, blue and white leads. Black is ground. Blue is the night LEDs. White is the daytime running lights.
I connected the blue to Aux #1 and the white to Aux #3. All works fine.
good luck - but once again advise you to watch a YouTube install first.

Instead of using another aux switch just for the DRL’s could I just tie that into that “ignition accessory” wire so they come on whenever the Jeep is on? And any specific video? I saw one but he was using the RC multiple light controller which I won’t be, I’m using the factory aux switches

I think this is the one I watched actually lol
The 2018 JL diagram in your first post does not reflect what I have in my 2021 JT Aux panel. I have only four leads -
#1 and #2 40 amp
#3 and #4 15 amp
Have you checked out the Aux wiring run yet? Should be coiled up beside your battery. Have not seen a six wire cable OEM in a JT.
Also: each individual switch is programmable from the menu on the Uconnect screen., so you can program the DRL to come on with the ignition.

I saw that there is another set of those wires inside the cab but I have not confirmed that, that is where the alleged 6 are then 4 by the battery but I’m going to check and get back with you
