Love the savegres - they were on my previous jeep. When i got the gladiator, the red jumped out at me yelling "buy me buy me!" So i did. But in hindsight, while i still love the red, it's a little "loud" and a little "sporty." I think the savegres are also "sporty" looking, so going with something a little more "utility" looking to tone the sportiness of the red down a little bit. So maybe that's a factor too. Which looks more "utility", silver or black?

You guys are going to think i'm nuts, but the silver would look "work truck" to me, which i kinda like. Forgot to mention i blacked out the overland bumper and have a mopar grille

I definitely get the red being a very “striking” color. In terms of “utility” between silver or black, that really comes down to wheel design in each color, more so than just the color themselves.

My JT is similar to yours, but I decided to go with satin Bronze wheels as I found it sort of “toned down” the red, and allows the wheels to pop more, without being super contrasting like silver wheels would be, blending in like black wheels would. For the wheel design of the silver, I think satin black would fit better and give you that “utility” look you’re wanting.

That's right, $150 per wheel for the silver JK saltas. Lug holes look enlarged for JL/JT - i'm going to test fit a lug nut soon to confirm
If possible, can you measure the depth of the 'pocket' for the valve stem? I absolutely love these silver Saltas and I was considering a set for my JK. But, I regularly drag my wheel faces across rocks so I'm worried about breaking off the valve stems. I don't believe that there is a valve stem short enough so that it doesn't protrude.

Edit - Yep, i'm getting 1 1/4" from the "seating" to the top edge it looks like

^ Thanks for the measurement. The standard rubber TPMS valve stems will protrude. But, it looks like there are ones that are only 24mm (.94") tall available. Hmmmmm, these silver Saltas are really tempting...

Thanks to all who took the time to help me out! More than 2/3 for satin black, and after i added my wife's satin black vote and my 8-year-old's satin black vote, they went satin black today. Part of me will always wonder about the silver though..... thanks again!

Beautiful Jeep! I love the black and blue!
Thank you. It gets a lot of compliments. Until you mentioned it I never thought of and certainly didn't plan a black/blue theme, lol.

They turned out great. I actually jumped on the deal at 150$ a wheel and bought a set of 5 this morning ?

let me know how the mounting goes. It does look like others have made it work based on posts from @RYSlimVegas19 who has a set in satin black.
