Do you have a set of needle nose pliers or hemostat's? After freezing with canned air then maybe you could pull it out.
FYI: The hemostat's are handy for soldering.
We impounded a car in the 70s and when the dude came to pick it up - he didn't have enough cash. He opened the trunk and asked if he could trade what was in the trunk for the rest of the bill.
The boss asked if any of us were interested....... yeah, there were some odds and ends in there that would be handy, some tools and such.
In the batch of stuff I got - hemostats. Ah, I bet I know why his car was impounded. The ends were stained/burned a bit......... hmmmm.

Anyway, I still have and use them as a heat sink when soldering stator leads onto new diodes when I repair or restore alternators. And you can tell by the burn stains still on the tips.

In my line of work that's not a option, let alone the smell of that stuff makes me sick.

Mine probably have silver and lead stuck on them.
Mine do - here they are, ready to use on the diodes in that isolation diode heat sink to the right -
