Ugh I feel ya op. My oldest dog (also named Sasha) 12 year old shep was diagnosed with arthritis this year. Been giving her meds to ease her pain. I’d sell my truck in a heartbeat to ease her pain or if she needed surgery. Dogs do so much for us it’s the least we can do to take care of them.

Duke is 13 now. Like some others in this thread have said, I'd sell my truck or my kidney to make sure he gets the care he needs. You can give us all an honorary Jeep wave any time.

Thanks and yes, I will probably own another Jeep. The surgery is going to be about $5000.00 and we love her so we will get her knee repaired. Specialized surgery. Hard to say no to those sad eyes and see her limping all the time. Picture just before she hurt her knee.

Well, I know it doesn't do any good now, but for the future, look into getting some K-9 pet insurance. My wife IS a veterinarian, but we still have a major surgery policy on our Golden Retriever just because she knows what a board certified orthopedic surgeon charges for a knee job. Hope she comes thru great with no complications.

I wanted to thank all of you for letting me post and join in on the discussion some months ago. I did have a good time. I have since traded in my 2021 Gladiator Rubicon on another vehicle because I really decided that the Jeep even though a great vehicle, I would probably never use it to its full capacity off road and I could get some much needed money back on the trade that would help with needs in our home. Plus our upcoming rescue dog's expensive knee surgery. Anyway, I will be posting some items for sale below and be making some people some great deals. For those of you in Middle Tennessee, pay no attention to the crazy man that may just duck you from a black vehicle!

Good on you for spending that money on your rescue dog. If you are excepting small donations let me know or DM me. I rescue cats and dogs whenever possible and i know how expensive it can be to help the little dudes out with proper care. Best of luck to you and your family. Also when i had to pay 4k for our cats surgery, the office offered a care credit card that allowed you to spread the payments out interest free for a year. It helped take some of the sting out of that bill. Not sure if your vet has a program like that but its worth an ask i suppose.

Bruh, you good people. My dogs get all my $$ to keep them happy, healthy, and safe. I had a dog that blew out both ACL one year apart. We spent the money, fixed the health issues, and never complained a bit because it is the right thing to do.
A happy dog, able to live a normal life, whatever that is, makes your life so much better. You get a huge God bless from me!

FYI, that same dog went through this at age 6-7, and was a handfull til he finally passed at 16 years old.
Worth every penny, and provided years of joy and happiness for us all as well as him.

I don't believe I ever said here that the new Ranger was "great". I do like it, however I enjoyed the Gladiator very much as well. I guess you just must just be trying to "stir the pot" calling it a mini van. I hope you feel good about making fun of my new truck.
