2020 Sport S MT, I do have a bad cam follower that will be replaced once the right parts show up.
I'll maintain 30 psi of oil pressure but at higher revs like 4k the pressure jumps to 75 psi and hangs out there for a bit even after shifting and dropping the revs back to 2k.
Is this normal?

Nevermind, I found the answer.
Like many modern vehicles, the pentastar 3.6 has a 2 stage oil pump. The pump is metered by a duty cycle based solenoid stuck right inside the body of the pump, that activates stage 2 at 3,000 rpm. Normal stage 1 pressure is 30 psi. Normal stage 2 pressure is around 75 psi.Oct 10, 2021

Yup. There's zero need for some of the high oil pressures that people used to run. It wastes fuel and wears parts driving a pump constantly putting out such high pressures.
