  1. Which do you prefer? Cloth or leather?

Leather is way easier to clean. Just a quick wipedown with a damp cloth versus dirt which permeates the fabric.
  2. 3.6 Engine noise (ticking noise or?), 2022 with 41k miles

That sounds like normal injector noise to me. I think mine sounds the same. These 3.6 injectors are very "ticky" as compared to any other fuel injected gasser I've ever had.
  3. Disable Autopark thang.

Yeah, this is, by far, the dumbest feature I've ever had in any vehicle.
  4. Official: 2026 Gladiator - What's New + Willys ‘41 Buzz Model Special Edition Annouced

I have no interest in an EV, and I have no interest in a gas-guzzling V8. The last new V8 I bought was in 2005, and that's where I'd like it to stay. I would love a smaller ICE engine which puts out over 300hp, 350 lb ft of torque, and gets over 20 mpg city, 25 highway. Swinging wildly back...
  5. Traded my JT for more power

I looked up the mileage report on that thing and.....damn.....it's THIRSTY.
  6. Broken wheel, fender damage, which option would you choose?

Nah, I think it's all good. There are no vibrations and it tracks straight on the highway. I was mostly concerned with steering components after the front took that hit.
  7. Broken wheel, fender damage, which option would you choose?

I thank everybody who voted. I went with option 1. I found a new take-off wheel on ebay, with sensor, and bought a brand new tire at Discount Tire. It's all mounted and I am back in business.
  8. Put an OBD2 Port Lock on your Truck

I highly doubt most thieves are bringing relays and things with them. They are picking the easiest targets. There is no perfect theft prevention device for anything, it's about making it more complicated for them so they move onto something easier.
  9. Put an OBD2 Port Lock on your Truck

Yep. I have a kill switch in my diesel truck that is run through the ignition. However, if I am going to be parked somewhere and I am highly concerned about theft, I pull the fuel shutoff solenoid relay under the hood. Takes 10 seconds. There is no starting the truck without having one on hand...
  10. We are Suckers

Disagree. The modern diesels are emissions-laden nightmares, poorly suited for passenger vehicles used for slow speeds and stop and go traffic.
  11. 2026 Gladiator JT is getting a 35's option and other stuff

ISO: 2026 Rubicon X with turbocharged inline 4 cylinder with 300+ horsepower and 300+ ft lbs of torque yielding over 20mpgs, with 35 inch tires. I'm there if they do it.
  12. 2026 Gladiator JT is getting a 35's option and other stuff

What gear ratio comes in the Rubicon X with 35s?
  13. 2026 Gladiator JT is getting a 35's option and other stuff

Slowly but surely they are abandoning those ridiculous upcharges that pushed the msrps into the stratosphere.
  14. JT Rubicons

I think it's the other way around - he's got Rubicon envy.
  15. JT Rubicons

First off, using the lockers in deep snow. The larger tires and clearance are necessary where I go. I am less than 30 miles from the Rubicon trail for 6 months of the year, and I've done thousands of miles off road thus far.
  16. JT Rubicons

For the lockers and other amenities. It was a no-brainer. The Rubicon is not strictly for rock-crawling.
  17. Washington 2022 Rubicon Wheels/Tires

I'll buy the spare. I am in WA.
  18. Washington WTB (2) black steel 17" Rubicon spare wheels with tires

I saw that in the Classifieds but the listing was over a year and a half old so I thought it was probably gone. DM me. Thank you.
  19. Washington WTB (2) black steel 17" Rubicon spare wheels with tires

I'm located in western WA. Only interested if they have the new tire on them. Thank you.
