I drive around with an empty bed 95% of the time anyway, so in the winter months I toss them in because why the hell not? Someday I might need them, but more likely I'll lend them to some stranger that thinks "all season" tires are adequate in 12" of snow.
I don't believe any vehicles have this diesel + a manual transmission.
If one were to go this route, I would expect to drop in excess of $10k if you have to pay a shop to do the fabrication, run the appropriate sensors, tuning + acquire parts.
Installed my new Sheer Comfort seat covers. Super easy install, fitment is light years better than the universal covers I had on previously.
The job foreman approves as well!
Add 1/2 tsp of sugar, 3-4 shakes of bitters, and you got yourself a classy, classic Old Fashioned.
PS: $20 for a jar of cherries seems insane, but they're worth every single penny.
I did a LOT of reading on the JT diesels, and got close to grabbing one multiple times before ultimately getting my 3.6. It would've been a good fit as I drive 90+ miles a day for work, with long stretches of highway.
I'd read about additives, frequent oil changes, and DEF issues.
If you live...
That would be absolutely wild if all they do is roll out a different tune or sensor, but keep the same clutch and clutch related components lol
So, that's probably exactly what they're doing...
Not to split hairs, but I think these Venom X/T are supposed to be "Extreme Terrain" tires, at least a little more aggressive than your average AT.
Mine took a lot of weight as well, but as long as I don't get shaking that doesn't really bother me.
At full price I think I'd still be happy with...
I noted yesterday while filling up that only the center portion of my tread was wet after driving through a wet spot on the pavement. I probably had 2" of dry tread on the edges.
I just went out to the garage and checked the cold PSI again; fronts were at 35.5 and rears were at 36. I can also...
No shame in getting help with those. I'm quite a bit bigger than you and I still spent hours getting those dang bolts out!
I actually asked my wife take a turn but she was all "I can't, I'm 8 months pregnant and shouldn't be working that hard..." She's always got an excuse to get out of...
Some are, some aren't. Mine has always been extremely accurate, typically within 0.5 mpg of my hand calculations.
PS. Today was my first trip with the new 35s driving into a direct winter headwind for 40+ miles.
15.1 MPG :)
I gotta do the chalk test as well, but even dropping from 39 down to 34/35 helped tremendously. I also noticed that about 95% of the shaking went away, so I may not actually need another balance (it may actually just been bad pavement I was on at the time).
I'm noticing the "drop in power" from...
Interesting, I had no idea what those dots were for, might ask them to play with that as well..
I agree with the sizing, they do look quite a bit bigger than my 33's, wish I'd measured them before pulling them off to see how big the difference really is. Eye test tells me these are about 1.5"...
So I'm not sure why my GPS varied so much, but on the way home I saw my speedo was about 5 mph slow at 68 MPH.
Went to measure the tires today, level across the top, and I got 33.75" (35 psi) in the rear and 33.5" in the front (34 psi).
Seems pretty short but I guess at the 39 psi they came...
It was a lot of fun for a short time. I love Range Rovers, but they always find a way to ruin one's life..
Probably my top 3 favorite vehicles I've owned:
Mine was a cheap 996, nothing to write home about. It was fun, but I should've bought the '73 911 I was debating between (this was before air cooled 911s skyrocketed in price). My list sits somewhere over 15 BMWs (mostly cheap e36s, but including some M3s, e39 M5), and I would love to have...
We might be in the same boat, my wife and I have kind of a car buying problem.
When we met I was driving a Porsche 911, and our garage has housed everything from BMWs, Alfas, Jags, Land/Range Rovers, and a large amount of motorcycles.
I'm sure I *could* drive this more quickly, but I like...
Not sure yet, it was borderline rush hour when I picked it up so I didn't do much other than try not to get killed by one of the 2,000 Nissans actively trying to run everyone else off the road.
But so far it feels almost exactly like it did with the 33s. I might rip on it a bit on the way home...

Tires were set at 39 PSI, so I dropped them to 34 to start and I'll drop/add air as needed.
I'm also putting a muffler back on at some point in the next week or so, so maybe the road noise will be a bit more noticeable but I still can't imagine it'll be anywhere near unbearable.
Just got mine installed. Here are my initial thoughts on my 12 mile drive to work after having them installed:
1. Tire pressure is way too high, I'm guessing they're around 37 or so, I'll be dropping them before the drive home if I have time
2. Road noise: it's not a howl, but there is an...
My Wildpeaks are all but silent after 5k as far as I can tell, but I also have a softop and a muffler delete so who knows lol
I believe now that my OEM MTs must have been cupped, because those were so loud at 70mph that I could barely hear myself think. As long as these are closer to the...
