Just got an email from Jeep that I should bring in my truck for the 5k mile services. I seem to recall reading the oil changes were going to be free through the Jeep Wave program. Is that the case with the Gladiator too? Anything else I should have them do while I have it in other than tire...
Where is your shop located? I would love to see the actual butt-dyno difference before I commit. That's a good chunk of change to drop before being sure it makes the wanted impact.
Interesting, if you're in 92011 then you're very close to me. How much is the installed price? Have you installed on a Gladiator yet? I have an LE looking for more oomph.
Is there a CA installer?
Won't this void my oem warranty on engine? I assume the answer is yes.
With new emissions standards in CA, is this technically illegal in CA now or can I still install it?
Same EXACT thing happened to me in the rain last week. I just posted about it before seeing this post. Absolutely terrifying. I'll make an appointment asap and turn the feature off in the meantime.
I have an LE which comes with all the safety stuff and I have noticed the following malfunctions:
1) While turning left at a light in some (not all) intersections, the collision warning alarm sounds as if it thinks a crash is about to happen.
2) The other day, on the freeway, during a moderate...
Been absent for a while and just seeing this TL;DR thread.
Did anyone mention that it's nearly impossible to reach over the front part of the bed in this design?
Much like all the model X this to me is a cool idea that in reality will absolutely suck.
I've heard a couple of brands people use on YouTube. I'm looking for something I can order online and install myself. My guess is since the windshield is flat it'll be an easy job. Does anyone have a source for this sort of thing? Would hate to get a chip in this beautiful piece of glass.
I remember reading somewhere that the Gladiator comes with a 5 year pre-paid Sirius XM subscription. Is this correct? If so, how do I go about setting that up? I'm using it right now, but I also got a letter from Sirius XM that says my trial ends soon ...
Well. I confirmed that my speedo matches the gps speedo. So the calibration was definitely done correctly. I guess 13mpg is what I’ll have to live with for my stop and go commute. That’s worst than my V8 Supercharged SVR that pushed nearly 600HP. Wtf?!!
You guys are all definitely confirming my suspicion that the calibration was not actually done on my truck.
My other question is, do I need to changing gearing at all for 35s? Would it make a big difference?
How the HELL are you guys getting such great mileage ?
I have an LE with 35s and THE ABSOLUTE BEST I have gotten so far in mostly city driving is 13.6!!
What the hell is wrong with my truck? I am feathering the throttle and have almost never gone WOT.
13.6 is pathetic. Supposedly the dealer...
My dealer had fitted my LE with 35s as a pre-sale upgrade. They left the 33” spare claiming they didn’t think the 35” would fit. Is this true? I was sure I had read here that 35” spare fits fine on the Rubi.
