Again, I’m just guessing based on what I’ve read. With many reported cases of JL steering locking up at high speeds, this is different than something like an alignment that’s slightly off. Dealers replace broken parts. They don’t tune much of anything.

Here are the actual torque specs from FCA for the Gladiator as of yesterday. The long bolts are in the front. This may yield more than 99 ft lbs.

I bought a Curt Echo. Will try it on Wednesday when I pick up my trailer. Other solutions aren’t available or need wire swapping, diodes, drilling, etc. 7000+ lbs advertised towing capacity! Off the lot, perhaps a small utility trailer without its own brakes.

Has anyone actually received and installed the Mopar trailer brake controller? Do the dealers have them? The online part stores don’t show whether it’s in stock or how long it takes to ship. Does anyone have the instructions?
