What did you do WITH your Gladiator today?

Hauled 4 loads of boulders for a landscaping project with the curt echo Bluetooth brake controller and I have to say I was very impressed with it. With the western pa hills it got a workout and every load got heavier and heavier. Coming from a 2500 ram I was very impressed

Made a run to Home Depot to pick up a tool box for the bed that I ordered on line only to find out it was out of stock..
Went to the post office to mail out the big income tax check to the state of NY "cuomo's empire"..

I think the JK is pissed there is a new Gladiator in the driveway.. When I took the JK out last night I was greeted with a check engine light.....lovely

Yesterday spent an early Father’s Day with my dad taking the JTR out to Dresser, WI and introducing Russel Crawl to its natural habitat.

Overall it performed incredibly well, but we had a couple instances of high centering and belly rub due to its longer wheel base compared to the JK and TJ.

I'm not sure if this is a "To" my Gladiator or a "With" my Gladiator, so I'll probably drop this post in both.

I was looking for an axe to carry on the truck and realized I had an old axe that was given to me. A few years ago one of my uncles bought a house from a guy who collected axes and he gave me a couple. This is the bigger of the 2.

The only marking on it is the Plumb 3. I'm pretty sure the 3 means 3 lb. I'm not sure how old it is, but it's at least newer than the mid 50s when Plumb patented and started using something called permabond to help attach the head. But it's old enough that it's way nicer quality than a lot of axes I was shopping for.

The handle needed some light sanding and I had to clean up some rust on the head, then I blued the head and put an edge on it and rubbed the whole thing down with linseed oil. The pictures really don't do it justice. The red in the handle is really beautiful. I don't do a ton of chopping wood, but now I can with style, if I need to.

Father’s Day trip to Ellis Peak at Lake Tahoe. Not a hard trail, and ends up at one of the Rubicon Trail heads. Views are incredible!
Got my first body damage, squeezing through down tree and the banked, tree filled, edge of the trail. About halfway through the squeeze, slid the driver side into the log. Looks like time for some rocker exo skins.
