  1. Installed Magnaflow Crawler exhaust today....

Just installed my Magnaflow Rock crawler tonight! Can confirm, its very quiet compared to dozens of other catbacks I've tried. I am very pleased that I won't have to tip toe around the neighbors with its sound levels. Very happy with the sound, probably as happy as I could be with a V6. The...
  2. AfterMarket rockers Side Steps

Rock Hard have a set that replace the lightweight stock sliders and attach to the body in about a dozen spots. I ordered a set, but they still haven't arrived. They have excellent reviews and are super strong and thick, made in USA. You can get the angled up or down for an even lower step, which...
  3. Snorkels

It's nice that there is no cutting, that's a huge bonus. But the piping itself looks small and restrictive to me. It cant possibly flow as much as the Mopar one.
  4. Snorkels

I wish AEV would release an availability timeline for their snorkel. Inalsonhavent seen the ARB option anywhere either. I want to like the Mopar one for warranty purposes, but it sits so far from the body. It kind of looks a little funny to me. But I'm not sure
  5. Factory V8

I think I will eventually swap a 5.7 or 6.4 hemi in mine, once warranty is up. Also, as far as I know, no companies have figured out how to do a manual transmission with the V8, everybody is swapping autos with JL/JT. That being said, the 3.6 is returning better and better fuel mileage for me...
  6. RLD designs pic request

It's really growing on me, I don't hate it. I have to see it with a soft top, and make sure that there's no contact with the open roof and the canopy. The soft top sits at least an inch taller, it might be perfect. And would probably look really interesting with the soft rear windows removed
  7. RLD designs pic request

Thank you very much for all the information and the pictures! Extremely helpful and informative. I'm glad I waited to see how the production model looks, but I'm dissappinted that it's so far off from the vertical body lines. And the height looks to me like it will interfere with the soft top...
  8. Alu-Cab is building a Canopy for the Gladiator!

Good find. Really excited to see their product come to! I wonder what it weighs compared to the RSI/RLD stainless steel option. Roof capacity of 700lbs. is going to be hard to beat!
  9. RLD designs pic request

I think its generating a lot of buzz because there are zero other options designed specifically for the Gladiator bed. People want something vertical, and RSI canopies/caps are extremely well rated and reviewed. The strength factor is there, and will take a heavy load. External hinges also match...
  10. 2" Daystar spacer lift: Rear trackbar?

Yessir, but it was a really killer price from an awesome local shop I'm friends with. Plus, the tires will be brand new fresh from the factory, not some dusty old inventory. I'm okay with waiting, plenty of other parts to install in the meantime, as they roll in.
  11. 2" Daystar spacer lift: Rear trackbar?

I just ordered a Daystar 2" lift kit on a Black Friday as part of my phase 1 Black Friday sale splurge. I will be running 37" KO2s (lightest AT 37" D-rated tire available to my knowledge) and lightweight Method 313 wheels. I'm hoping that with this setup I won't need a front track bar, but I'm...
  12. No Caps/Toppers/Shells at Sema?

These are definitely my favorite option so far. But they haven't released any official pictures of what it will look like on the bed, except one that i saw leaked, and it wasn't quite as vertical in shape as the Jeep cabin lines are. It is so close to being exactly what I want, but I'm eagerly...
  13. BLACK FRIDAY Pricing Starts Now on Inner Fenders!

That's awesome to hear. I'm just worried that they wont be a great step when I'm on 37s and lifted 2-3 inches. My old knees and hips suck
  14. BLACK FRIDAY Pricing Starts Now on Inner Fenders!

That's a great deal! I'm on the verge of pulling the trigger on your slider steps! You have great products
  15. VenomRex wheels - New off road Flow-Forged technology

I agree with you about higher offset wheels. Not all of us want zero offset! There are other options, however. I went with Method Race Wheels 313 design, and they are available in +25 offset. Also flow formed in this new design, they're even lighter than the venoms
  16. Rugged Ridge Venator bumper/tire clearance when fully articulating?

The Venator is not convertible to stubby. They do have the stubby Arcus, but after researching, my Province does not allow stubby bumpers, and our police are on a rampage handing out Vehicle Inspection Tickets. Also, I live in the boonies and there are little island deer everywhere, so the full...
  17. Rugged Ridge Venator bumper/tire clearance when fully articulating?

So I'm ready to pull the trigger for a winch capeable bumper for my JTR soon with the black Friday sales and all. After agonizing over the dozens of options out there, I've decided that the Rugged Ridge Venator is my favorite. Its sleek, light(ish) at 80 lbs., and seems like good value with...
  18. Doetsch Off-Road / Rugged Ridge Gladiator Build [SEMA 2019]

Does anyone know if 37s would rub when fully articulating with that new Rugged Ridge Venator bumper? It looks like it rides very close to the fenders/tires. Glad to see 39s are on there statically, but I wonder on a crazy trail if they would scrape? I'm close to pulling the trigger on that...
  19. AEV Jeep Gladiator Build [SEMA 2019]

Their kit is my front runner for several reasons. Bilstein makes some of the best, longest lasting suspension on the market, they have proven reliability and history for many more years than the competition. The AEV guys are going a special extra rust resistant coating which will add to that...
  20. AfterMarket rockers Side Steps

Awesome, thanks for your quick response! Will you guys be having a black Friday sale coming up?
