Yes, they fit with the Rubicon fenders. Yes, they rubbed when flexed out.
They stuck out a lot. The current owner of that truck swapped those wide 15.50s to a set of Cooper Discover STT 40x13.50.

The AMW kits we install comes with spacers for the extra weight.
We recommend a quality aftermarket suspension because everything we do to and with our Jeeps is going to take it outside of what the OE suspension was designed for.
The 17x8.5 Rock Monsters we used weighed in at 35.6 lbs per wheel.
Combined with the 37x12.50 Nitto Trail Grapplers, they came in at 140lbs for the full assembly, mounted, balanced and full of air.
You definitely do not want to wrap the compressor in anyway. It needs to have airflow in and around the cylinder heads. The fan on the end of the compressor helps circulate the air around the cylinder heads.
The filters are for the incoming air to be compressed.
That is the Insane Audio head unit and it is... well.... pretty insane. Looks cool, sounds awesome and we even have a ton of video games loaded up on it for those long road trips. Donkey Kong classic is one of the favorites.
