  1. Dear Jeep - Things I Don't Like

Not everyone goes off-roading where that could happen. In fact you have just a good of chance getting side swiped in a parking lot and having your mirror taken off as you do getting it taken off during an off road jaunt. I know because I’ve taken enough reports for it.
  2. Dear Jeep - Things I Don't Like

A pillar mounted mirrors so every time we take the doors off we don’t have to slap on some other half a$$ mirrors that either cost more than they should or flop around like a pair of granny panties on the clothesline when you hit 50mph. Minor inconvenience, yes. Should it be, no.
  3. Ares - Build Thread

One of the cleanest installs that I have seen. I've been trying to figure out how to run a USB charger to that center portion of the dash and you, my good sir, just showed me the way. I know someone else here on the forum actually tapped into the media hub behind the dash so they would still...
  4. Military Members

13 and some change USMC and then another 5 during OIF and OEF teaching the Army MP’s how to shoot. *No violations of OPSEC have occurred during this post.
  5. First responder - Chrysler/Jeep/Ram drops Nurses.

sorry if I offended you. I was not calling you entitled. I don’t even know you. So yes that would have been presumptuous.
  6. Rock hard 4x4 rock rails installed

Used an impact and had no problems. Only problem I had during install was the need to use a step up bit to make the holes in the pinch weld a little larger to match up with the holes on the slider.
  7. First responder - Chrysler/Jeep/Ram drops Nurses.

As a first responder and a military veteran, I do not ask for or expect a discount for anything. I tend to shop at a lot of local mom and pop stores that offer discounts to first responders and military and very rarely take one. I even refuse free coffee or meals when in uniform. I am a...
  8. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Very nice. I ordered all white carbon fiber with black stitching for my white JT.
  9. Metalcloak lift

I ordered them from 4 wheel parts. A lot of people said they had been back ordered, etc. I actually ordered mine after another forum member here and got mine weeks before him. I would definitely call around to places as I’m sure there updated inventory isn’t reflected on the website.
  10. Metalcloak lift

Im glad I went with these versus the JRC half doors. It’s nice to be able to throw them in the bed and toss them back on whenever I need. Will run them until it gets cold out. They do take some adjusting and fitment to get them to seal up properly. So far I haven’t had any rain come inside when...
  11. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

You should not need to replace the drive shaft with 2.5”. I believe it’s only need for 3” or greater due to the amount of flex you receive from their 3.5” GC. There’s some more accurate information out there posted by @WhatExit? in another thread. I just don’t recall where it is at.
  12. Doors off question

Yeah I ended up taking them out. Running soft doors/no doors right now anyways.
  13. Any PRP Seat cover coupon codes active?

Used the code and ordered a set as well. All white to go with the white JT

  15. Metalcloak lift

I don’t know what the stock coil length is. If you are worried about sag, triple rate springs would help. I would call Clayton and MC and see what they have to say.
  16. Metalcloak lift

    They have 2.5” springs
  17. Hanging Gladiator roof from garage ceiling joists?

I like! Putting it on sliders to move it out of the way. Great idea. More details would be great.
  18. Metalcloak lift

Not to take away from MC but check Clayton Off-road. I think their rear springs are triple rate which may reduce the sag. @Clayton Off Road any input?
  19. Metalcloak lift

Yeah I love them. Easy to store in bed and I will have them on all summer and of most of fall.
