For others who have this issue, my fix was a new windshield. The previous owner had it replaced and the installer set the windshield too far outside the frame. He basically put a crap ton of sealant behind it which raised it too high. I bought a new one from a glass guy who was familiar with...

Boards... Can't do self recovery with a rope. I always plan trips as if no one else will be there which is why I went with a winch first. But in my opinion, boards first for sure.

Went and picked up the truck today and the popping/click noise I experienced is gone. Verified myself before I left in a patch of gravel I found. The description on the top is verbatim what I wrote on the night time drop off form.

I'm having a similar issue. I tightened the ball joints but that didn't fix it. My issue is only in 4wd.
