A quick chop with a sawzall blade removed the humps from the Arcus cover so the XHD mounts would work.

I replaced it on my daughter's JK (2015) and all is good now. I got the genuine Mopar part.

The XHD brackets stick out from the grille at the junction to the fender by about 9.3 inches.

I did cut off the "bulges" at the chackle mounts on my Arcus shell to facilitate using the 3/4" shackles.

The holes in the XHD brackets are 1" diameter. 3/4" shackles with 7/8" diameter pins are generally used with them.

I drilled and tapped my CavFab covers 1/8 NPT for drain plugs.

I filled them to stock height, which is a bit below the fill plug levels.

My Rock Hards are a lot lighter than 200 lb. I guess around 120 lb for the pair.

I chose Rock Hard angled up and like them. They are very strong, well made, and protect the doors from mall rats slamming their doors open. No matter where I park, someone decides that must be the ideal area and joins me.
