I had been surfing for a front bumper for several days when I came across this discount yesterday and pushed the button. Prime is good because of the return policy and reliable shipping, but the price made the difference and cinched my choice.
I had to learn that incredibly complex routine: to start it I press a button and now I have to press a second button immediately. I dabbed some white-out on the button that controls the stop system so I can find it even when brain dead.

I think the factory batteries are getting risky at 3 years if you might be in the boonies. Anyway, my 2020 was getting close to 3 years and I got the "New Jeep disease" so instead of tires, batteries, brakes, and whatever, I got a new Mojave. I know that doesn't really answer your question...
Whether you need, or even want, the 4:1 transfer case depends on what you do. If rock crawling, even with the long wheelbase making the JT the worst of the Jeeps for that activity, yes, you may want/need it. I use low range mostly to go slow on trail up/downgrades in the desert/mountains. I...
I agree! The Mojave has lots of significant upgrades in strength and capability. Your JT may have significantly better trade-in as it sits vs. stock; find a good dealer and check out the value of your upgrades. In my case, I left most stuff on the 2020 JT but kept the Rock Hard rails which...
Back in 2020 a set of wheels and tires from Sport S went for about $300 and wheels only with tpms for $200. Now I have 6 extra wheels only and just got a Mojave that has different offset and tpms protocol (apparently changed in June 2021), so the 6 are homeless.
Falken Wildpeak AT3W in 255-80-17 are about 52 lb, which is 10 lb lighter than the Rubi/Moj size (285-70-17). On the flats at sea level you can get away with more tire uppsizing with 3.73 than you can elsewhere.
Just my opinion here. I think the other members are pointing out that at the end of a purchase loan, you won the Gladiator, not the bank. At the end of the lease, you don't own it and never really owned it. You would be making a difficult to un-do change to someone else's truck. When...
I know a retired tech advisor, one of the group that advise and approve difficult service warranty decisions. There are a lot more failures with Rams than Gladiators, and I think that is a result of the engines working harder in the former application. I also guess that the crank flexes since...
