I have had Quadratec Rubicon Xtreme wheels on my on 05 LJ for about 2.5 years. No issues. Initial quality good. Finish is holding up.

Like any new vehicle, you get a manufacturer's certificate of origin. Take that to get it titled.

They won't collect unless you include it in your financing. Even then, they just give you a check to pay it yourself.
