Alabama they are personal. But the loophole is that if you own a certain amount of land, you can register it as a “farm truck” at half of what a personal vehicle cost.

it is straight, buy it’s tucked in closer to the body than most of the step bars I’ve seen. If I remember, I’ll take a picture and post it tomorrow.

I just powered up my Dremel Tool. I ground about 1/8th of an inch off the button and it no longer flips open. The button is still tall enough that if I need to flip it out I can.
