Because it looks amazing easy cleanup and you get rid of all the damn carpet you can't keep clean. Also adds some sound deadening and insulation to the floor. Wished it was an factory option. Wanted carpet delete but no such option.

Please, some vendor support this issue and make a quick release go in-between adapter for easier removal and reinstall.

Make sure they the windows are not just slightly opening themselves. Mine would over time and I solved it by taking off the handle and putting back / re-clocking on to make sure handle weight is always pushing down to the up side motion. Hope that make sense. The handles cannot be in the all up...

You won't break it. Trust me! Twist the back off. You only use the front piece.

There a bitch to get off the carpet. Roll the backside of the retainer with some needle nose pliers or vise grips till they separate.

PRP's all the way. Love them and they fit and look factory. Wouldn't have anything else. Tried Diver down covers on the JL and we're ok but looked cheap and didn't like the feel. Both JL and JT have black PRP's and holding up great. Couleges at work think there leather seats. LOL.

Installed in both our JT and JL. Should be a factor option. Couldn't get rid of the carpet fast enough. No issues in JT for almost 2 years or daily driver JL after 18'000 miles. Installation is a little challenging but nothing you can't do with some grunt and patience. Just be careful taking...

So it was fine before it went into the performance shop. Then after installation of some electrical accessories you have electrical issues? Really, I'd say the shop shorted something. Hope you get it sorted out.
