Is there a way to pull the codes without a code reader? In my Wrangler i just flick the key three times and it pops up on the dash, couldnt figure out how to do that with the push start

I'm looking at buying a used 2020 rubicon, and noticed in the pictures that the dashboard is silver like a lot of the overlands instead of the typical Rubicon red. I actually like this better, but does anyone know why this might be?
