I went with the Overland Vehicle Systems Freedom rack for price and simplicity. It works for my RTT and will do the job, but it's not a Leitner either. Had I enough coin I'd have gone that route, but at almost 2k, seems ridiculous cost when a lot more metal for an RSI cap is twice that. Just...
@doc-ketamine What bumper is that? Is the ArmorLite the flooring replacement and replaces the carpet? What fire extinguisher & mount, looks good! I've still got work to do but added the MR704s and same tires, just 305/70/17s. awesome rig!
Nice! I had that feature on my Lexus GX460; bad potentiometer. Great part was the geniuses incorporated all the HVAC controls into the same unit, like this one, so you can never change it; or replace the entire thing. Great logic smh.
Anyone else run into this? At first I thought it might be via Spotify, but I get it on normal FM and randomly happens on SiriusXM as well. It's not the song, or station; has to be the headunit/speakers something... About to call the stealership and drop it with my list of things to address.
It's still cheaper adding the cost of powder-coating of any of the shiestiest bumpers out there being sold; but looks quality and worth every penny. Have you seen what some others go for? I'm not a fan of the "raw" products or +250 club myself, but for a decent product still sub $1000 it's...
What are the differences between the Mojave and Rubicons anyway? I know that I've heard some Yota folks have issues with Fox and once I can get a lift I won't be buying any.
I think this is a known issue, check the FB group but I believe the factory location and placement of the wiring harness is asking for trouble to either be damaged or melt as the harness is nearly sitting on the exhaust, maybe I'm confused though.
Stock FOX shocks are definitely way soft, just going to run them till I can swap everything to a better quality lift on all 4 corners and never look back. All the bounce and wiggle with my RTT at speed is annoying
I've noticed it occasionally and its subtle but there enough to be annoying and on my mind. It reminds me of the recall on the driveshafts Toyota had on FJ cruisers which felt the same way. Not ever having a Jeep I thought I'd check in here first before bothering the stealership again, but I'm...
