If you had LED tails prior & are getting a bulb out warning, you'll have to tell the ECU to stop checking for the factory tails using a programmer such as a Tazer or JSCAN.
I want to also take a second to point out here that this can happen with any aftermarket tail. This is not exclusive to...
Hey guys,
Those resistors get really hot when the turn signal is in use, so you definitely want to avoid keeping that around any wires or plastic. This is why we mount it inside of the cavity.
In regards to using a programmer - Some factory LED equipped Jeeps will show a tail light out...
Hi Keith,
The BC1 only retains memory of last saved color/preset when they are connected to constant power. You need to do one of 2 things here:
1. Move power from your aux switch to battery direct
2. Leave the aux switch in the ON position - Make sure it's set to battery power inside the...
Hey Mark,
You actually shouldn't need anything extra than what comes in the box with the fogs to do this!
You'll see there's an extra set of cables and a pack of t-taps & male spade connectors. All you need to do, is expose some of the red & black wire on the headlight DRL cables right...
Hey Everyone!
Just wanted to pop in and give a quick update on the extension cables. I got tracking from our factory and they are set to arrive and start shipping out to you all by 7/15.
Thanks to all of you for your patience here!
If my eyes serve me correctly, he's using 1/4" split loom. Smallest amount I see avail on Amazon would be 25ft but it's dirt cheap and you'll just have some leftovers for any other projects...
Hey Adam,
Per my earlier post here, anyone having an issue making this work is more than welcomed to PM me with their order number and I will see to it you get an extension. We have these extensions rush ordered from our factory and should have them soon.
@LowerSlower @GladiatorPilot @am1978 - Similar to the JL, the halogen model JT's in some cases will see the additional load from the reverse lights and shut down the circuit. This is easily remedied by swapping the reverse light bulbs in the tail light to LED bulbs.
Hey Everyone,
I just want to take a min. to thank you for all of the feedback on the these (Positive & negative). This feedback is crucial to our "Constant Improvement Cycle" process here.
In regards to the cables being too short, i'd like to offer an extension cable free of charge to anyone...
Hey there,
The P&P harness should just allow pass through as it's just a jumper harness. Can you tell me if you notice any wires coming from the sensor that go to an empty spot on the P&P harness? It shouldn't but just want to double check.
Feel free to PM me pictures so I can have a look.
Hey Everyone!
We did all prototyping and test fitting on a Rubicon with the steel bumper. After looking further into this, we do see that the plastic bumpers have the treadplate bolts in slightly different spots.
In order to get passed the one bolt that is obstructing, all you need to do is...
Hey Guys,
You can get to the fender harness on the driver side without pulling down the liner. However, on the passenger side, you do need to pull down the fender liner atleast partially to get to the harness.
You should be able to pull the cable right up through on both sides
Hope that helps!
