I think alot of us get the "itch" you are referring to.....unfortunately for you as your in Ca your choices are limited.

I purchased the headlights, turn signals and fogs (yellow) from headlight revolution, about a $500 or so package - have had mine for about 2 years no issues with the product...
I was lucky to catch this one - You have to keep watching the website @ Nine Line but this is my favorite... they do re-run shirt designs.
