I’m a max tow bro but about to be a diesel bro when my order shows up. Def if you go bigger tires and towing you will live in high revs up slight hills... I pushed my max to pretty hard with my boat. It does fine.. can’t wait to see how the diesel does.

would you considering it likely to be night and day difference with even a heavier trailer than with the gas?

It never has a brown tint in the light sometimes does it??? You know that color from Chevrolet that will do that... this one always stays that granite color correct?

Would you really see much of a difference between it and a max tow? Given all the torque from the diesel?

Will this have the upgraded start up screen with digital display? Instead of the cheaper sport model display?

Leaning more toward a Freedom now... curious if the start up screen will be the upgraded screen?

I don’t think the max tow really matters that much anymore... I ended up getting a Tundra to take care of those needs for me hauling our boat. I think the 6,500 capacity with the diesel is sufficient enough and fairly close to that max tow version limit. I don’t think it would matter that much...

I am not looking for anyone to convince me to do anything. I have had my gladiator 16 months... they came out with a diesel so I would now prefer to have that. Just looking for opinions on building. I’m not saying money isn’t a option... if that were the case I wouldn’t have even started this...
