Today, was oil changes.
Front diff was a lil dark and Grey.
Rear diff came out golden. Then I found this lil fella on the plug magnet.
Guess the magnet is doing it's job, but WTF is it from?

I replaced the green can bus behind the glove box, and that fixed all my ESS problems. You are at the beginning of my problems, shit got worse till finally got autopark while sitting in traffic. So, $40 part may or may not fix your problem.
@Gladguy this condition goes back to 2019 on Gladiators. Mine was resolved with different tires. I'm sure @Gvsukids can send you several links to threads on the harmonic hum vibration. Sorry, idk how
If you want to throw cheap part at it, I replaced the green can bus behind the glove box last summer. I had same symptoms, no issues since replacement.
I think you could pull off the interior door panel, pull off the clip securing the wiring inside the door, and slide the sleeve up far enough to expose the compromised wires
