Well, as you’re probably aware, they won’t come on a with the handbrake set.
And it could be a lamp failure. One of mine would work fine at night, but flicker and go out during the day; the DRLs run at two brightness levels.

If you can, try to avoid wheels smaller than 14 inches, and 15 inches is better.
Trailer kits typically come with inexpensive wheel bearings, and the smaller (10-inch or less) wheels will spin at high RPMs at highway speeds, and wear out the wheel bearings.
Also, 14- or 15-inch tires are easier...
No idea about the Armorlite.
I have the Hot Heads with the Sound Assassin, and love it.
Helped with noise and temperature control, and they look pretty good, too. Be sure to get the small panels for the C pillars.

A legal high-beam halogen headlight is 65W, a flame-thrower type headlight is ~100W.
High-powered LED auxiliary lighting is typically in the tens of watts.

The center console USB port shuts off when the rest of the electronics go to sleep, so it would've charged for a few minutes, then not charged until you woke it up the next morning.

I just went out and tried mine, and, after loosening the Torx screws, there was about ÂĽ" of adjustment available.

Doesn't the Aux Switch bank have a hot lead in the bundle?
You can hook that to a 12V-to-5V USB adapter.
Or simply get a 12V input Quick Charge 3.0 adapter, something like this...
