  3. BREAKING: Jeep blocks TFL from posting Ike Gauntlet video.

Yes. It’s just math and physics. A simple pen and paper shows the obvious lack of torque in the Pentastar. So it’s bad. I still want one. The question is: How bad??
  4. TFL: Can the New 2020 Jeep Gladiator Tow a Trailer With The Best Of Them? Highway MPG Review

This is by far the most useful video regarding the Gladiator but the real world anticipates Part 2 of the Real World Review. Real Jeeps climb real mountains. We can’t wait to see the Ike Gauntlet......PLEASE!! : )
  5. First Real World Gladiator Towing Impressions & Results (7000 lbs)

Yeah. Weird. I’m sure they put a ton of work into that.
  6. TFL: Can the New 2020 Jeep Gladiator Tow a Trailer With The Best Of Them? Highway MPG Review

Two points: 1. The two clicks is simply to preserve a scientific method. Apples to apples. Fuel pumps can vary in emulsification and by filling each tank in the exact same way, arguments of variances are now eliminated. You could put in more fuel (or less) but that’s not what this is about...
  7. My horrible Jeep gladiator dealership experience

I am on sure why but that car sales has evolved into a profession as corrupt as the Mexican government. There is no one person or entity to blame. There is only an ever present infectious virus that simply cannot be overcome. A car dealer who attempts to be honest will simply be run over by...

  11. First Real World Gladiator Towing Impressions & Results (7000 lbs)

… Additionally, in reference to the Raptor, The short wheelbase Raptor ( same length and price point) only claims to tow 6000 pounds. Jeep making a claim of being able to tow over 7000 sure draws attention to the power deficiency.
  12. First Real World Gladiator Towing Impressions & Results (7000 lbs)

I wonder if consideration was given to the V6 E Torque as used in the Ram 1500. Not sure if that would’ve been viable.
  13. First Real World Gladiator Towing Impressions & Results (7000 lbs)

I’m grateful that TFL has completed their Ike Gauntlet test of the Gladiator. I, like so many on this forum, can’t wait to watch. Apparently my fears are confirmed. The 3.6 is simply too weak to maintain adequate highway speed on long uphill grades. I live in Salt Lake City and traveling any...
  14. Discussion: 2020 Ford Raptor or 2020 Jeep Gladiator

TFL has completed their Ike Gauntlet test of the Gladiator. It’s in for editing as we speak and I, like so many on this forum, can’t wait to watch. The word is that my fears are confirmed. The 3.6 is simply too weak to maintain adequate highway speed on long uphill grades. I live in Salt Lake...

I believe this thread adds fuel to the question: When will we see the diesel????
  16. First Real World Gladiator Towing Impressions & Results (7000 lbs)

Hey Tommy. So glad you are here. I think you will find most forum members are huge TFL fans. When I want to know the real world truth, it’s my go to source. One question: Did you have an aftermarket brake controller?
  17. Get ready to get reamed....

    That’s called Costco
  18. Trailer brake controller gone?
