I suppose I can see your point but its hard to look past spending hundreds or thousands of $$$ for a product that fits like crap.
I had Bestop softdoors/uppers on my JK and they were horrible....I think I tried using them twice and then took them to the dump. Swore never again.
I love the...
I did something similar to add some protection when the final panel rests on the rear window.
That said...while I like the Mopar Hard Tonneau....i kinda wish I had not gone with it and gotten one of the 3rd party ones that have shocks, etc to allow for driving with all panels up.
With the...
I love my Sunrider for Hardtop. Here is Florida its almost a necessity .
I really didn't notice much noise increase over the panels....except when I am in the draft of a semi or RV...then it really starts buffeting.
After seeing the pics of the Jl/JT half doors...i had the same thought...what is the point...they don't seem any different than regular doors with windows rolled down. And to me something looks off for the rear doors and how they line up.
Even if they ever do come out with these I think they would most likely be way to costly.
I mean .....Element doors with covers and uppers for a JT come out to ~$2300.00....from what I have seen do not fit very well.
I would like to have some sort of half door solution but considering what...
Not very often. Maybe 2-3 times a year ...8-10 hour road trips.
This cooler barely draws anything so I am not really all the concerned about being efficient. The AC outlet in the bed is convenient. IF its just wife and I then I put the cooler in the back seat and use 12v.
If it will run...
So,
I have a small electric cooler that I haul in the bed on road trips hooked up to the AC plug.
Alpicool C40
What I don't like is that it only has power when engine is running.
I was thinking of getting a small powerstation that has passthru..like a Jackery or something to use for when we...
I have a Grilla Chimp that I haul in the JT...and power it form the inverter. Unfortunately, even with legs closed it wont fit with hard tonneau closed but otherwise fits nicely and is easy to lift/move.

All in all it is one of the...
I replaced the dash 3 1/2 with Kenwood Excelon KFC-X3C. Quite a noticeable improvement considering the cost and ease of install.
Probably gonna get another pair to replace the ones in the sound bar.
But that is about as far as I am going to go .. Will sound good enough for me. I don't want...
Looks good.
I also like the OEM wheels on my JTR and am planning to also go with Mopar 2" and 35's. I did pretty much the same thing with my JK and ended up having to get wheel spacers which worked perfectly for me. Not sure if I will have to do that with the JTR.
I would like to upgrade to 35's when its time to replace the OEM tires.
Really do not care to have to replace the wheels.
Is there a list or source that shows which 35's would fit stock Rubicon with stock wheels without any rubbing issues?
