No plugs/patches repairs. No chunking of tread. The photos 100% represent the tires and you can clearly see. They are in great condition.
Tires have about 13,000 miles on them. Only reason I replaced them is because I went up to 37 inch tires instead.
Very quiet on the highway. Work very well...
Indeed I did. I’ll get it out in the daylight and take some pics tomorrow.
37s really are a great size for these trucks. And with the 11.50 width, they don’t stick out past my fender flares much at all, and my RokBlokz covers them just about perfectly.
I’m a big fan of skinnier tires.
I don’t know where you are, but I have a set of Kenda Klever 35X10.5r17 that I just took off of my Jeep I’m going to sell.
15,000 miles on them.
I am in Northern California
Very tempting to buy these to replace my Kenda Klever 35s.
They are in excellent condition with only about 14,000 miles on them. Tread still looks new. I would think I could get maybe a grand for all five.
I actually still have my OEM upgraded Mojave wheels. Would make a nice set to somebody...
I guess that calculation chart could be nice if it even had my tires in there. It has no option to enter a 33X10.5 R 17 C load tire - my Kenda Klevers.
How does it do on the stock 4.10’s? I have 35 on my Mojave right now and really would like to go to 37s.
That 4000+ dollars for a re-gear and front locker is a big chunk of change to drop though
I bought an ARB single compressor kit. The kind that comes in a toolbox. It was Ford branded and on sale for 360 bucks.
Mounted it underneath my hood on the exposed bracket that used to have the engine cover mounted to it.
Wired it directly to my battery. Use the hoses that it came with which...
Personally, I think it makes sense. The gladiator is really only great when it’s being used off-road. It doesn’t handle well on the freeway or really entire day driving. It’s loud, noisy, the steering wanders, etc..
If you want a midsize truck and don’t plan on really taking it off road, there...
