Update Positive STAR case was opened Dealer was instructed to lift the truck and put the truck in drive. The vibration was loud and apparent. TRANSFER CASE is the blame... So next step is to isolate the transfer case and replace or something along those lines... at least we are getting...

Update rode with the service manager, he agrees my truck in undrivable on the highway. in the afternoon they called and said that they put the front tires on the back and the back and the front. problem stayed. road force balance all tires, still there. tomorrow they are trying something...

My daughter (7) has far superior hearing over me. She says she can hear the vibrations as low as 40 mph. But much more spaced out.

*update* brought the truck to the dealer this morning. had it all day... The dealer called me around 1600, jeep is good to go, tires were off by .5oz. I picked up the jeep, nope still vibrating on the highway... back to dealer tomorrow. -edit I wrote that rather annoyed so I fixed grammar...
