Here is the new converted Lange Hoist a top- Pretty easy, took about half an hour to switch things over and move the pivot point for the location on the Hoist. I already had the hoist motor and frame from my JKU.

you can buy better aftermarket headliner and trifold tonneau for 700 dollars. I got one of these deals- thats how I know its closer to 40- but you can get get it down to closer to 38k if you fight them.... not the best buying experience but I got what I wanted.

You can do better- Where in Tx are you? 52 is pretty high for an overland. Take a look at this one- not the north, but has most of the same options for 37k (really about 40 with their stupid add ons.
