When I put 37’s on, with the stock Rubicon 4:10 gears, I rarely hit 8th gear on open road, almost always bouncing between 6th and 7th. With 37’s and 4:88, it spends much more time in 8th on open road. Shift points seem to be much better with the 4:88 gearing for playing on the trails, as well.

Personally, I would definitely go with 35’s over 33’s. If needed for your use, you can re-gear to 4:10.
